In short

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers. We only keep what you send us, no longer than needed, and we never sell anything on.

Who we are

Testgrond Service is part of Testgrond, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88676471, based at [address]. We are responsible for what happens to personal data on this website. Questions? Email hello@testgrond.nl.

When you visit this website

  • We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or social media trackers. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.
  • Fonts and all other files come from our own server. Your browser doesn’t connect to Google or any other third party.
  • Our server keeps technical logs, including your IP address, the time and the page requested. We use them only to detect faults and abuse, and keep them for [up to 14 days]. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website.
  • The server is hosted by Hetzner in [Germany], within the EU.

When you get in touch

If you email, message or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to reply and, if relevant, plan an intro call. Legal basis: your request and the steps before a possible agreement. If you don’t become a client, we delete your details no later than [12 months] after our last contact.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that runs through WhatsApp, a Meta service. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to what Meta does with that data. Rather not? Email us instead.

[If you book an intro call through a scheduling tool: the tool’s name, what data it processes and where.]

When you become a client

  • We keep invoices and related records for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
  • In the systems we build for you, we process your customers’ data on your instructions. You are the controller and we are the processor. What we do with that data is set out in a data processing agreement we sign with every client.
  • Every client gets its own separate environment, with its own credentials and keys. Data from different clients never mixes.
  • For some steps we use services from others, such as our hosting provider and the provider of the language model that reads and drafts messages. Which ones, where they process data and what terms apply is set out in the data processing agreement. [List of sub-processors, including any transfers outside the EU.]

Do we share data?

We don’t sell data or share it for marketing. We only share it with parties we need to do our work, such as hosting and email, or when the law requires it.

Security

The site and our systems use encrypted connections. Client environments are kept separate, credentials are stored encrypted, and only people who need access for their work have it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or transferred. You can also object to processing. Email hello@testgrond.nl; you’ll get an answer within one month.

If you’re not happy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If anything changes, we update this page and put the new date at the top.
